Day 3 Turkey 2013 KUSADASI->PAMUKKALLE

The hotel...
Takde masa sangat untuk really enjoy the hotel stay. So,tak dapat la nak review each hotel betul2.
Apa yg boleh dikatakan on Alkoclar Hotel ni?Viewnya sangat cantik especially on the hotel rooftop.Jom layanzzz..

Love this pic soooo much

Abah & anak2 dares

Selepas check out, kami bergerak menuju kota Ephesus.

Bayangkan dulu2 duduk bersembang sebelah-menyebelah sambil ehem..

Ancient Roman toilet..

Welcome to Ephesus

'Gerbang' masuk utama

Gebu kucing kat sini...sesuai dengan musim winter

Ikut akak balik nak?
Ni lah asal-usul simbol pada kasut Nike tu...sempena nama Nike-goddess of victory (according to Greek ancient history)

Celcus Library

Library..yang tinggal cuma runtuhan

Celsus, in the honour of whom the library was originally built, had been consul in 92 AD, governor of Asia in 105 AD, and a wealthy and popular local citizen. He was a native of nearby Sardis and amongst the earliest men of purely Greek origin to become a consul in the Roman Empire and is honoured both as a Greek and a Roman on the library itself. Celsus paid for the construction of the library with his own personal wealth.

The statues adorning the façade of the Library of Celsus represent the Four Virtues: Sophia (Wisdom), Arete (Bravery), Episteme (Knowledge) and Ennoia (Thought).

Ruang dalam library

Kiri-statue of Sophia (wisdom)
Kanan-statue of Arete (bravery)

Ruang kosong antara 2 dinding-to keep constant humidity & temperature inside

Great Theater of Ephesus adalah highlight of the visit.

Nampak memutih macam kapas.Sebab tu la,kawasan ni dipanggil Pamukkalle (white cotton).Hati-hati..ada batu berlumut..boleh tergelincir..

Macam tepi pantai pulak..tapi tepi cerun bukit..

Suam-suam je airnya...

Ok,dah penat sehariannya dengan sejarah..Jom balik hotel..
